Why Microlearning?

The average modern employee has about 4 minutes a day for career development. Long elearning modules, webinars and never-ending face to face workshops just don’t regularly fit into our lives anymore. If you want to find out how to do something, you’d probably go to Google or Youtube and you’d have your answer in 2 minutes; so why shouldn’t your work-life be like this?

Our Mission

Mind Channel started with a mission to change corporate training and put career development back in the hands of employees.

We’ve developed a library of short, fun and to-the-point modules covering over 60 topics including Career Skills, Leadership, Project Management, IT Skills, Job Readiness, Mindfulness and pretty much everything else your employees could need.

All of our content is under 5 minutes, perfect for a commute or coffee break!

We’ve grown so much in the last year since our official launch, and we’re really proud of our range of customers and partners – so thank you all!

2019 is looking BIG

So what’s next? Well due to popular demand we’ll soon be releasing a series of Compliance and Equality and Diversity modules, including Fraud Bribery and Corruption, IT Security, Unconscious Bias and Women in Leadership.

We’ll also be releasing our unique “Learn how to code” microlearning – starting with an Introduction to Python.
